What can it mean when your feet go numb often?!
Question: im 15..and ill be sitting usually with my feet up on the chair and my feet expecially my toes go numb...it happens alot and it really annoying..also iv im laying on my arm for more then like 4 mins my arm goes numb..im really scared i have ms... b/c my legs and fingers are sometimes stiff...whats going on...

All that means is you've cut off or slowed the blood circulation in that part of your body. That's nothing scary at all though.
It could be poor circulation or lack of a certain vitamin or mineral, see your doctor.
go to the doctor and get a blood test, you might have bad circulation, or need more iron.
