Can i crush a centrum vitamin?!
Question: i haven't been very healthy lately and my mom got me centrum complete vitamins, but they're not chewable, and no i will not just got and buy the chewable ones, my mom got the 100 pack of the regular and i don't want to waste them.
so my question is,
can i crush these?
i understand you can't crush certain pills, but these are just vitamins.

Yes, you can crush them...this is a problem for many people, especially because these vitamins tend to be larger than a regular pill.
Im sure you can crush them and just put them into a drink

centrum isnt going to do a damn thing for you if you are too young.try eating fruit,orange,apple daily etc and balance your meals.vitamins arent a "feel good" super pill,they are a supplement to a healthy diet,not a replacement for one.
No reason why not. Wouldn't it just be easier to swallow them with some juice?
I've chewed them, I can't swallow large pills. Nothing happens. They aren't time released so I don't see why not.
