Can I still getting height?!

Question: I`am a 22 years old male with height about 160 cm is there anyway for me to get height more than 5 cm?
because I heard some people get some height before their 30s by some kind of exercise, is that true?

I don't know but it is a worth try if you do some sport like basketball or swimming plus drinking milk and eat healthy food(with protein) it may possible to gain a little height.

you are now 22 years of age yes it is not in growth age anymore but I believe you still had the possibility to gain height, if you aren't still gain any height then you still have healthy body right?

No, you are full grown.

i dont think so as u have reached that age of the maximum height.

first off, the more you work out and the slimmer you are, the taller you look (not a disgusting thin)
staying healthy and working out and eating right is your best shot at getting taller
i know this probably wont help but it's been said if you go into space because of the lack of gravity, your spinal column extends or something, allowing you to grow at least two inches. :-)

No you are passed the age.
