Runny nose can mean a lot! Take heed to your body's warning sign. Runny nose often means infection. Maybe you have a sinus infection? Do you have pressure between your eyes at the top of the bridge of your nose? Do your eyes feel like they're gonna pop out of your head? It could be Sinusitis, hay fever, common cold, whooping cough, measles, influenza, drug allergy, foreign object in the nose, narcotic addiction, nonallergic rhinitis, nasal polyps, or west nile virus. Often you probably are just cold from the winter. If that is your only symptom, I wouldn't worry about it. Are you around a dusty environment?

I find hot drinks help.
My doctor gave me some kind of nose spray that helped a lot when I was sick with a horrible sinus cold. You might ask your doctor about that. You only used it once a day. And, I stopped using it in a couple days when my nose stopped dribbling so bad. Good luck, hope you're better soon and God bless.
