Yes, you can sneeze while you're sleeping.
In fact, I once had the memorable experience of lying awake looking at my sleeping girlfriend, only to have her sneeze in my face.
Yes, of course you can. The noise might wake you up.
Anything is possible but I should say I've never experienced this.
