My bad habit is that I pull out my eyelashes. How do I stop, if an when they all!

Question: I pulled them all out.

Answers: I pulled them all out.

Put a rubber band on your hnd and everytime you do your habbit snap yourself. Doing this for about a month everyday will stop your habbit. I used to crack my knuckles and i dont anymore because i used that method. Hope that works!
best wishes to you
good luck
oh and your wuestion your eyelashes will grow back just like they fall out they always come back.

So, you have no eyelashes? I have some bad habits, too. Just don't pay attention to them. And, everytime you do it, smack yourself.

I used to pull out my eyebrows and go to school with half of each eyebrow. Lol. The thing is, it's hard to stop so you'll have to find something else to do when you have the urge to start pulling. after stopping the eyebrow pulling, i went to biting my nails, which isn't so bad. But I stopped that too, because I was motivated and influenced to have long healthy nails that could actually be painted and look pretty. When I got my nails done at the salon, the chinese people laughed at them because I hardly had any nails. That was all I needed to stop biting.

I used to do that too, but I wouldn't pull out allll of them. I would pull out about ten on each side and then I would force myself to stop. But one night I pulled out like 65% of them and when I looked at the mirror the next morning I realized I had pulled out wayyy to many and I vowed to never pull another eyelash again because I didn't want anyone to notice my eyelashes were like gone lol. So they eventually grew back almost normal after about 3 weeks or so. I haven't kept to my promise as well as I like, if I get the hunch to pull some I only do it once and I stop myself and I only do that about a couple times every month or so. So it's much better than doing it daily like I used to. I also found plucking my eyebrows(so they look nice and in the right shape) really helps that need to pull out eyelashes I actually almost prefer to pluck out eyebrow hair more than eyelashes. lol. Anyways good luck and just make a promise to yourself not to pull out so many and also there is a chance that someday they won't grow back if you continue to do this to them. That was one thing that has helped stopped me from pulling them because I'm afraid they might not grow back again.

what kind of habit is that?? It looks very ugly with no eyelashes. Try to change these kind of habits IMMEDIATELY. Thats all i can tell. Good luck!

You have trichotillomania.
It is a neurotic disorder that manifests itself in the act of pulling out hair from one's body.
It is difficult to overcome, and I dont believe there is an actual "cure" because it is a behavioral problem more than any other thing.
I suffered from it from the age of 5 until I was in my early/mid-twenties. Somehow, when I moved across the Pacific to Hawaii (umm, faaaar away from my mother...) it resolved a lot of emotional issues for me and I quit doing it.
I relapsed a time or two over the years when under great emotional stress, but havent had any problems with it for a long time now.
They will all grow back, but in order to make it more difficult to pull, I suggest you get your nails done (long tips) and get rid of tweezers!! Have your eyebrows done by someone else until your eyelashes grow back and you are enjoying wearing make-up again.
There is some benefit of psychotherapy and behavioral therapy, but I never had the opportunity. I did, however, learn self-analysis and developed spiritual growth habits which have helped me immensely.
Good luck...I know its troubling to you. Ive been there too.
Look up Trichotillomania online and read about it, as I cant possibly tell you everything here.
