I need actual help from you people!?!


Question: This may confuse you a bit but...
I need help with my life

I have an anger management problem
I need to put on weight but I do too much exercise (9 hours of gymnastics a week)
One of my friends has an eating disorder
I'm being bullied at school

WHAT DO I DO!?!?!?!??!?!?! HELP! PLEASE!!

As for the anger management, that might be due to the bullying, but it may also be due to your brain chemistry being inbalanced. If the latter, a multivitamin containing your B complex's in should resolve the issue.
You seem to want help, and avoiding being underweight which can be bad for your body is important.
If you exercise alot, the best option is to eat plenty of protein as its the building blocks for the generation of new tissues and cartilage.
Either eat foods such as lots of eggs and meat/tofu, or go to a shop like holland and barrett. They sell things like protein shakes, and weight gaining mixes - basically produ\ts full of protein so it wont depost as fat but tissues, and muscle if you train intensively (but nothing unattractive just a tone rather than bone).
Theyre typically for bodybuilding but they work in exactly the same way as you want it to, so i hope it helps.

You will just have to force yourself to eat more....aim for about 2500 cals a day and you should put on weight.
My boyfriend does weight training, he uses a weight gainer shake to boost his calorie intake, if you use that it might help...you wont end up with huge muscles lol

Please tell the bully to leave you alone.Once you do that then you may learn to stay calm.You are most likely stressed and angry because you are a victim of this bully.Once you can resolve this problem then you may be able to gain some weight as you should not be so angry.Take care and stand up to the person who is doing this to you.

A friend of mine was going through a tough time a while ago. Lots of things going on in his life. His head became so confused with it all, his problems, other people's problems...too much for one mind!

So, he bit the bullet and booked some appointments with a councellor. She didn't pressure him, or question him she just sat, listened and gave some excellent advice.

Now, he has a girlfriend, a flat, a great new job and is feeling much better in himself.

Never be afraid to talk someone who knows how the mind works.

It might just help you out.

One piece of advice: You cannot help others until you can help yourself.

I think you need to relax. Confront the bully, or tell an adult about it. Try and have some alone time, to calm down. Do anything that calms you down, but isn't active. Try and eat more food, just try. And let your friend know you're there for her, you can't let her problems 'take over' your life.

first, you need to find out why you have the anger management issue. go see a counsellor.

Try to eat more. Lots of carbs and protein. Use protein bars and shakes to boost your intake.

Speak to your parents about your friend and her eating disorder. Or a teacher. Someone you can trust. Report the bully to the school principle or counsellor.

dont let the bullys win by making yourself into something your not,anger will just change you as a person its a rage which builds up waiting to explode,nobody likes angry people,you will start resenting etc,try and keep fit by all means dont over do it learn from your friend with her problems eat healthy.ignore the bullys or speak to some one about them,why make yourself ill for them do it for yourself.

#1,no one can do ANYTHING bout the fact that ur friend has a eating disorder. #2 ,stop exercising so much,#3 tell the bullys 2 back off or else ur gonna throw them away.#4 control ur angriness by taking anger management classes(if u do, dont drop out)
