yea. but being really healthy helps. have a bottle of water a day and eat healthy. i did and i spurted up alittle bit one sunmmer
i'm 15, will be 16 in the summer, and i'm hardly 5'.

When I was 14 I was 5'0 and weighed 95lbs. When I was 16 I was 5'10" and 165lbs. Eat a healthy diet with lots of lean protein and vegetables, avoid putting negative foods(anything processed) in your body and get lots of rest and give it time. There is no time limit on when you will begin growing. Most people don't know, but you will keep growing until you are about 25 and men don't reach their full strength potential until they are in their 50's.
