No don't worry about it. You only absorb a small percentage of tablet/pill supplements anyway. The rest of what you don't use, goes out in your urine, that's why it's so yellow and smells like your vitamins, unless you drink alot of water, and you probably won't notice it. Just don't take too much vitamin A, it can hurt your liver, possibly damage it.

You are fine, your body will use what it needs and dispose of the rest.

Why are you taking too much?

STOP THEM VITAMINS NOW//

YOU WILL POSIN YOUR LOINS

GET A GOOD DIET./...DUNT GTALE THEM ARTIFICIAL SUPPLIMENTS///THEY ARE POSISIN I SAY..POISIN...THEY LL KILL YA...JUST EAT A NUTRITIOIS HEALTHFUL N WHOLESOME LUNCH....SIT DOWN TO A GOOD LUNCH I SAY!

u should be fine but u are tajing quite abit there

Taking vitamins is good. Depending on your age more calcium Taking more than needed vitamins is a waste of money since the body rids them when you urinate but I dont think it can harm you but that is something a doctor should tell you. Keep eating veggies.

well

thats why doctors around for
si to ask and give u the right amount ur body will need even if ur doin abodybuilding then u will need more protein only but not vitamins
so ask ur doc and he will put u on the right amount of drugs u want

cheers and stay healthy
