Weird hand cramps?!
Question: Ever since I woke up, i've been having these weird hand pains that kinda feel like cramps. If you put all your fingers strait out and then put your thumb pointing out at a 90 degree angle from them you should see the bottom part of your palm rise a little. It's on that area in my left hand. It's only when I curl up my hand (like to grab something) or if I put pressure on it. It hurts pretty bad though when it happens.

Do three things:
What did you use thqat hand for recently. That may give you clues.
1. Maybe a muscle spasm. Massage it and try and find a muscle knot. > If you do, put pressure on the knot and hold it until the knot "releases".
2. You may not have enough potassium: > eat a banana.
3. You may have hurt a tendon, bruised, or broken something. Apply heat, or ice: whichever feels better. If it doesnt feel better tomorrow: go > Dr.
That has happened to me before (eg after using that hand for woodwork, or something where its used a lot for impact or tight squeezing), and it was simply a muscle knot, or muscle damage. And it went away much like muscle soreness after a new exercise.
good luck!
Your potassium levels are probably low.
Eat a banana. =]
