Why does this happen after drinking alcohol?!
Question: I have heard this happening with a lot of people including me. After a night of drinking you become very tired and pass out thinking you are going to sleep for a long time. Then, you end up waking up extremely early, fully alert. Why does this happen?

Your body is at work all night digesting your alcohol, keeping your temperature up (when the liver is filtering, your temperature rises--which is why you get a fever when sick). Your body doesn't get a chance to fully rest & recover because your liver is cleaning the alcohol from your blood all night long, so when you get up, your body is still as alert as if you hadn't slept. Usually early in the day you get tired, or get unusually tired after you have a meal, because your body now needs rest it didn't get the night before. Make sense?
dont worry about it
I do not get hungover so you are just like me.
