Is it possible for a series of violent sneezes to induce a heart attack?!

Question: when i sneeze three or four times in a row i get light headed, dizzy and experience a tightened feeling in my chest and forearms. it seems similar to the symptoms of a heart attack that i've seen in movies and such

It could be something like the diaphragm muscle contracting so much it exerts pressure on your upper chest cavity. The lightheadedness probably has to do with the blood inside your head staying too long due to the nature of the physical interaction of your pulminary system/respiratory system and the actual sneeze. When you sneeze your heart/lungs stop functioning for the actual sneeze. This would explain why your feeling temporarily lightheaded.

I would start to worry if the symptoms persist longer than a few seconds to 10 seconds. And a better indication of heart failure/problems would be tingling in your extremities.

yes

yes! I experience
violent sneezes to!
Go TALK to your DR.!!!!!

Although I don't believe it can cause heart attack, I know that it can cause another heart related condition with similar symptoms as heart attack. It is called Aortic Dissection and it is a tear in the the aorta. It has the same symptoms as heart attack but its treatment is totally different from a heart attack and the worst part is that treatment for one condition worsen the other! Therefore a misdiagnoses can be deadly.
The other thing is that some medications (specially high blood pressure medications) can cause sneezing.
Check with your doctor and see if you can do anything about your situation
