What should be the optimum weight required for a boy having a height of 5 feet a!

Question: 140 -160 lbs.

However, a better measure is percent body fat. Muscle mass weighs more than fat, so you could be at your optimum weight, but be fat and unhealthy, or you could be quite a bit over your optimum weight, but be in very good shape and very healthy. If you have between 5% and 15% body fat you are in good physical shape. Less than that is unhealthy, more than that is overweight.

Ideal weight range is 10.5-11.5 stones but this is only a guide. hope this helps

No such thing as optimum ... but 140 to 160 lb is about right.

at 5 foot 7, 10 st would result in a body mass index (bmi) of about 22, and any bmi between 18.5 - 24.5 is classified as a normal weight, so from about 9 st 10 to 11 stone i would think is completely normal. hope this helps...
