yeah you realize ... but you are nice about it and unless they ask you ... youtkeep quiet . . . lol
they may only have gained a little DON"T JUDGE them BY IT!

Yes I usually can see a difference Hope this helps!

if they still fit in da same cloths they are the same
if there is no evdence why do they think that if dey stilll fit no problem they are the same

i can sometimes tell depending on the body size and shape

If it is just a little, no I wouldn't realise, however I don't pay that close attention.
If it is a fair bit, I can usually tell by the chubby cheeks.

you tend not to notice when it is a small amount. if you see someone everyday you can miss a larger weight gain too because you are used to seeing the slight bigger.

If you can't tell then say so, say well I think you look great still, you don't look like you have gained anything. But if someone has gained weight usually the first spots you start to notice are the face, stomach, butt and thighs...if her jeans start looking a little tighter or there is some belly showing then she probably has gained a few pounds extra.

of course but you dont say anything. dont want to hurt them

sometimes if you dont see that person for maybe a couple weeks you can tell but that is all i know

I can usually tell when one of my friends has gained weight. I don't ever say anything though, unless it's allot and they are talking about it.

just look at your freind neck or belly you see the difference.

yeah, first it starts in the face and then the body. if you see them all the time, it's sudden. cuz you hang out so much, you don't notice til one day you see all of it at once-bang! lol....but if you haven't seen them in a long time then you notice more easily.

The weight spreads out so you might not change clothing size, but you can see in their face. . . or their booty, or their tummy... or their thighs. . . or their arms. . . . u get the pic.

It depends on the person and how/where they gain weight. Some people I know gain it all around so it is a bit more subtle, but other people gain in one spot, like their stomach or butt all at once and it's like WHAM!! lol So, I can tell in some people and others I can't really tell that much.

Actually,
no, I really can't.
I mean if it's something huge, like 40 pounds, anyone can obviously tell, but if its like 5-10 pouds, then no, not really.

just cuz still uses the same size doesnt mean that she hasnt gained weigth remember that panst and shirts strech

If you're with this person every day, you won't notice a change because it happens so gradually. Now, another person that hasn't seen your friend in awhile, that's the person that will notice a difference.

Subway...................eat fresh.

well that depends on how much weight.by saying "ive put on a few punds",means,"yes,i have eaten a lot,and have gained more weight than i wished for in such a short period of time."i myself cannot usually tell if somebody has put on a "few" pounds or not.you would need 2 look at them w/o a shirt on and c how much ther loveh nadles r overflowing ther pants,or somthing lik that.nobody gains weight they cant lose from food alone.the weight that is harder for them 2 lose is usually fat.-hope this helps!

It depends on their previous weight. If they were thin sometimes you can see that their face looks sunken in.

If they're heavier, sometimes you can't tell.

I can tell if someone else has gained a little weight. It's funny how people seem to gain or lose 5 pounds in just one week.

I can't really tell about myself though. I always seem to look the same in the mirror.
