Am i seriously sick?!
Question: my head is killing me,
like pounding head ache, all day
[i hit my head last night.. got a black eye, but its probably not a concusion]
i my throat is killing me,
sence i've woken up it hurts.
very badly.
it hurts to swallow
and i hve been getting cold chills, alot of them.
thinks are going really fast.
and i have a really bad pain in my calf.

You ought to go to MD or ER tomorrow. You may have concussion. Is the pain in your calf behind your knee?
Were you in a fight?
It sounds like you have a few things going on at the same time.
For the headache take 2 Advil or Aleve every 4-6 hours.
Put an ice pack on the back of your neck.
For calf you might need potassium & are dehydrated.
Drink plenty of water, Gatorade & a banana for potassium.
Throat, headache, swallowing, chills can be start of flu.
Take the Aleve, etc.
Gargle with very warm salt water 3-4X/day.
Gargle with Hydrogen peroxide (it will feel weird because it bubbles up)
Drink tea with lemon & honey.
Suck on Zinc lozenges; suck on Halls or Vicks cough drops with eucalyptus.
Vit. C 2000mg. every 2 hrs.
Zinc 50 mg.
To boost immune system & fight virus take:
Astragalus, Goldenseal root (not more than 5 days in a row; echineacea.
Feel better.

You could have a flu, but since you hit your head, then please go to a good clinic or your Primary Care doctor.
