fiber one products are the best thing ever. they have cereals(many different flavors), yogurts, bread, and chewy, yummy granola bars. you can also try hummus, beans, chick peas, and most fruits and blueberries are high fiber, especially berries, but i definately recommend fiber one(my favs the original one...it tastes great and has over 100% DV per one cup serving)...if you don't really want to do that, then buy a fiber mix(like metamucil) and mix it with your juice or with plain water...you can find it at your local drugstore

All fruits and veggies will be high in fiber - fresh is the best. If you use frozen or canned, check the labels for the fiber content to be sure it hasn't been processed out.

Also, there is a new bread by Oroweat, called Double Fiber, that is really good. It has 6 grams of fiber in every slice, and it tastes great! Try eating whole grains, whole wheat pastas, oatmeal.

You need to start reading the nutrition labels to check fiber content. I try to only buy things that have at least 5 grams of fiber per serving.

Good luck! Hope you feel better.

Bread, cereals, muesli and pasta and plenty of fruit and vegetables will provide you with plenty of fiber.
