I've lost the feeling in my toes, how do I get it back?!

Question: I went to a semi-formal party last night, and decided (like a dummy) to break in a really cute pair of gold heels. I was standing in those things for SIX HOURS. When I got home last night, I couldn't feel my toes, but I figured that it would go away by morning. Well, it's morning, and I still can't feel my toes, OR the balls of my feet.

How do I get the feeling back? My toes will be alright, right? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

yes. Blood deprivation can make your toes numb. Should come back by itself. Go for a walk. IN FLAT shoes:moving the muscles will help. stretch your arch , ie: point, and make your arch really bend up and down. Warm them up and do this.

i was in a similar situation.
i washed my feet with warm water and then kept them in a warm place so my feet didnt get cold.
you should try this. it worked in my situation so you should try it. even if it doesnt work there is no harm in trying.
hope i helped.. =]
also after you are done with this thry massaging them.
