i think you just need to relax and try not to worry too much, i know passing your test is important to you but its not life or death, try to get it in perpective as your building it up so much and getting yourself into a stressed state. dont think you should take any medication to calm you down before your test as it can slow your reactions/reflexes and might put your test in jepordy.

I wouldn't suggest taking anything too strong if you're going for a driving test ;-)

Try camomile tea, or stop by a healthfood store for suggestions as there are many natural things. Just make sure to test out whatever you try BEFORE you go for your driving test.

You can also try magnesium in a powdered form that you make into a drink, as it works very fast to relax your muscles & calm your nerves. There's a supplement called "CALM" that most healthfood stores carry. Be careful though, too much of a good thing will give you the runs as too much Magnesium has laxative effects.

if you really feel that way maybe you should wait a few months cause you sure dont need to be driving
