Quinine will help, but it is now only sold OTC in very small amounts (not even sure why). I know there are some remedies that contain quinine like Hyland's Quinine Formula. It may give you some relief. I have RLS also and nothing OTC has helped mine, but hopefully it will yours! It is not at all hard to get a prescription for quinine from your doctor though or Requip (a drug for restless legs) if the Hyland's doesn't help. Best of luck to ya.
