Does exercising really release endorphines, or do they just tell you that to mak!

Question: Every time I exercise I feel worse.. Tired, legs hurt, etc.

Answers: Every time I exercise I feel worse.. Tired, legs hurt, etc.

You're just quite unfit at the moment and probably need to try a different exercise thats for you! I'm assuming you're doing running or some hard cardio. Why not try yoga, pilates, light aerobics, dancing, swimming??? Find what makes YOU feel good. Exercise totally does release the hibbidy-jeebies! Muahuahuaa!

no, it does*LOL* its called the runner's high. you have to be more in-tune with your body to really feel it.

I always feel more relaxed / happier and content after exercise, thats just before i fall asleep of course

An hour after a good workout, I've got more energy and my mind is sharper. So I'd say its true.

No it is true. A lot of people get it. It is called a runner's high.

I think you need to find something you enjoy doing for exercise. If you hate doing something then you will only be able to focus on the negative things such as being tired and sore.
