Perhaps, if the painkiller is more then the reccomenned intake, then yes.
Also, some people think/believe so hard that it might actually be the case when actually it's not, juts try to forget about it and as long as you didn't overdose it should't be an issue unless you have medical conditions against the drug

I highly doubt anything would happen. If that is the source of your upset then maybe take them apart next time. Best to get medical advice from a doctor.

by pain killers do you mean asprin or tylenol and what strength vitamins you may puke but thats probably all

It very well might be. You need to be careful with taking pain pills and other supplements and vitamins with each other.

If you get too bad contact some kind of physician or something

Yes, if they are multi-vitamins they probably have some sort of dietary supplement in them which is an upper. The pain killers are downers and make you feel numb. You are about to experience some wild times in the next 6 hours. Its fine but don't do it often. It kills ur liver. If you feel very sick induce vomiting and if worse go to emergency room. I hope you ate before taking the pills.

you should eat when taking pain killers unless specified on the bottle.

I'd got right to the toilet right now and puke it up. Dietary supplements are a drug even if they don't have to be examined by the FDA. lots of prescriptions can counter act with vitamins. For example calcium and magnesium have a tendancy to bond with other elements preventing your precription from ever breaking down and doing what it's supposed to, Check these things online first before you ever do combos

You should take the pain medication ONLY as prescribed...You need to tell your Dr. about your usage.Soon.
