Well, some times it can. For example, i vomited because my best friend asked a girl i like out when he knew, i was vomiting all day, so i beleive its normal.

I GOT REALY SICK BECOUSE MY AUNT MOTHER AND UNCLE DIED WITHIN ABOUT A WEEK AND I HAD TO GO THREW THE CAR SHE WRECHED AND DIED IN TO GET INSUREANCE PAPERS ECT,I FOUND HER BROKEN DINTURES BLOOD EVERYWHARE IT WAS A NIGHTMARE,I GOT REALY SICK IF I DIDENT THROW IT UP I WAS COMEING OUT THE OTHER END LIKE WATER.STRESS AND NERVES CAN MAKE YOU EXTREAMLY SICK AND EVEN KILL YOU.
