it definately sounds like your anxiety is getting the best of you. DEcide to give yourself a specific amount of time to let the blemish go away before you worry about it any farther. I'd say at least 3 days for a pimple. then relax and try to keep your mind off of it. In the time period you gave yourself if it has not gotten better than make an appt for your doc. If anything get an appt for your anxiety. but otherwise relax, you'll be fine.

DOn't worry, it happens to the best of us. It will go away.

If you want to get rid of that annoying pimple on your arm, there are simple steps you can take to do so.

we all are cursed with strange, unexplained pimples in bizarre places. just wait till you get one on your *** cheek.

It's quite common to get pimples on your arm, so don't worry. Pimples on the face, shoulders, back, butt, chest, and arms are all pretty common...you have nothing to worry about.

Secondly, the symptoms you're experiencing (cough, headache, sneezing, etc.) are unrelated to your pimple. They are most likely caused by a cold.

So basically, you've got nothing to worry about with that pimple on your arm.
