Is yogurt bad if I had a little diarrhea?!
Question: Some other answers on yahoo said to eat yogurt if you have diarrhea and some said don't. Mine isn't that bad, I think it's almost over but should I stay away from yogurt? Ice cream too?

yogurt is good because it has pro-biotics in it that promote proper digestion. You can also get these in a pill form (accidophallis). Ice cream and frozen yogurt do not have these live cultures in them so they won't do any good. But if you get even mild diarrhea very often than a pro-biotic might be a good thing to talk to your doc about adding to your diet.
Maybe Your lactose intolerant.
eat bananas/rice/applesauce/and toast till you are all better!
EAT IT! I had Lactose intolerance after a long bout in the hospital(antibiotics) I ate it every day for three months problem solved! It's really good for you, and now they have some just for digestion.
