What can I do for my feet?!

Question: I walk a lot from day to day and it makes my feet sore, particularly around the middle of my feet and I always want to walk on the outer sides of my feet. I never really paid much mind to this until someone pointed out the slightly flat arch of my feet and how I should wear inter-soles. Is there anything I can do for my feet until I am able to get some inter-soles?

Sounds like plantar fasciitis.
Arch supports are fantabulous!
Get some soon!
Stretch your feet on a stair. Stand with your toes on the step and your heels hanging off. Lower heels and count to ten then stand on tippy toes for a count of five. Do three sets of ten three times a day. Helps the feet immensely.
