You may have heard that urine is sterile. This is actually only true as long as the pee is in your bladder (if you don't have an infection). Once the urine has come out of your urethra, it has lots of bacteria in it.
The point of using liquid soap is to get rid of bacteria, not add it, so urine would not work as a substitute.
Sure trolls always use urine instead of liquid soap.
