Question about my health?!

Question: I just finished watching "Super Size Me" movie and got freaked out. I'm not fat, but I do have a tommy and doctors say my liver is kinda sick and I am always tired and I can't sleep very well! Also I have burning sensation in my throat all the time. I drink water, but it wont go away, sometimes for days. My lower stomach hurts often times, especially during the afternoon. I cannot go see a doctor because I don't have insurance and I cannot afford blood tests and all that stuff. Can someone at least help me to figure out what food I should eat to avoid these sympthoms? Please help, I'm desperate...
