Why do I wake up feeling HORRIBLE!?!

Question: Okay so I get about 8-10 hours of sleep per night and I always wake up feeling achy and stuff. Normally I wake up with a headache. This week has been worse since I had my septum pierced saturday so that adds alot to the pain. Why does this happen? Is there a fix?

Well, there are lots of possibilities here.

- Your bed might be worn out - and you probably didnt even realize it.
- Feeling achy might result from lack of exercise - or too much exercise or... a newly-started one.
- Headache.. hmm.. are you sure you had enough to eat before you sleep?
- And the piercing - yes - there might be an infection so check it out.

Tips:
- Sort out everything for the next day before you sleep, briefly.
- Drink hot milk or take a hot bath before sleeping.

Good Luck!!

Yea, Take the piercing out and let it heal.

The days i wake up with headaches is because I slept in a bad position, with my neck twisted or something... its all muscular... it should go away doing excersise or with a good massage in the neck... I prefer the masage in the back of your neck, you should try it, and touch the muscles and check if the headache goes away... it works for me.

Maybe you should see a doctor about this.

i think 10 hrs. of sleep is too much for you. i sugest to have an exercise after waking up in the morning to let your blood circulate well all over the body
