As a paramedic, I've had to pose this question when my suspicion is high.
I hate doing it...but you must understand...It's a crime.
It is a form torture to make a victim re-live it, specify the exact violation, but someone will go to jail for a long time and it must be done.
Don't judge the inquirer...and to answer the question...it was real uncomfortable.
