It will eventually come out. Your intestines will not rupture unless there is a blockage (growth not feces) or you have an intestinal disease such as Crohns or diverticulitis that already predisposes you to bowel obstruction. If you are constipated try drinking some Miralax. It is available over the counter at drugstores (and is cheap) and mixes into any drink. It really helped my son who was plugged up.
