Unfamiliar lower ab pain? Is this okay?!

Question: My lower ab/almost near my uterus hurts.. but only when I suck in my stomach or bend backward.
I did go bowling 2 nights ago.. which I haven't done in awhile so I'm thinking that I may have tweaked something then...
But I have had sex within the past month.. and though pregnancy tests indicate no, I'm wondering if this pain is a sign of pregnancy? (I have no other typical "pregnant" symptoms.)
Also.. I'm wondering if it sounds more serious and if I should go to the doctor and have them check everything out to make sure there isn't a cyst or something?
I don't know...
Does any of this even sound LOGICAL!? :)

It could be a wide variety of things hun, I would go to a doctor or a clinic to have it evaluated.
Such things which could possibly cause pain here could be gas, constipation, diarrhea, irritable bowel disease, stress, muscle aches, menstrual cramps, urinary tract infection, and many many more.
Please dont try and get a diagnosis from yahoo answers, be safe and see a professional. Good luck!

It maybe an ovarian cyst, a pulled muscle - see your doctor.
