How many times annually is it good to visit a doctor for a check-up?!

Question: Depends - once or twice per year is pretty standard. I think it's nice to go once per season since the body changes with the seasons... I have to go more often any way so that's just my opinion :)

If you are in good health & don't have any conditions that need close monitoring, once a year is adequate..

There is recent evidence to support that an annual check up is not really helpful or necessary for your health. If you are over 50 then there are things you should get checked annually such as cholesterol, blood pressure and testing for prostate cancer (cervical and breast cancer for women). But otherwise unless you have concerns or problems there may not be a need to visit your doctor unless you are sick.
