Take note during extrenous exercise you will feel dizzy due to decreasing oxygen going to your brain and expect your heart rate should go up to compensate for the high oxygen demand of the body which increses your respiratory rate as well. Maybe you just have an anxiety problem which makes your HR go up during Doctors visits. But we don;t know whats going on untill tests are done.

Go visit a cardiologist and find out if you really have a heart problem for peace of mind.

Maybe you don't exercise a lot and you don't have the stamina, athletes usually have a low HR and blood pressure, which you don't have that led you from failing the physical exam.

Why all the Bleeding Question marks and Explanation marks? Surely one of each will do? I hope some-one answers your question but how can they take it serious with all those stupid Going on's?

Yes, I'd like to know too! So..... what's the doctor for - can't he tell you anything?

If you're young, take a look at what you eat - too much soda, so I've heard, can be a real nasty thing. I've heard it fools with your calcium/magnesium balance. This might account for the more rapid heart. Those minerals are important to make you work correctly.

Also soda's full of caffeine - maybe that's it. It speeds the heart. Some people are really addicted to soda and drink 12 cans per day or something. If it isn't soda, take a look at what other weirdo foods you eat - lots of sugar? Cut WAY back on the sugar. That really upsets your body.

Do you get enough water? Getting any sleep these days - or are you chasing the girls all night?

Well, good luck with that.

I think Don hit the nail on the head.

Basically you are probably dehydrated no matter how much soda you drink. Caffeine causes dehydration. Stop all caffeine. Stop all junk food. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day. And you and the other persons reading this won't believe what I'm about to say but you need to add salt to the water. Yes, I know, salt causes high blood pressure. Sodium is needed for proper hydration but not common table salt which is refined and stripped of trace elements.

Well, you are probably eating all kinds of salted chips and other junk food. Stop eating those. Don't put regular table salt in your water. Get some good unrefined sea salt or Himalayan crystal salt and add 1 teaspoon per gallon of water [yes ONLY 1 teaspoon-not enough to make the water taste salty]. This is the water you will drink. Take your weight and divide it by 2 and this will equal the number of ounces you will drink daily. Divide that into 6 equal servings. Drink one a half hour before each meal and drink one 2 to 2? hours after each meal.

Read the book. "Your Body's Many Cries For Water"
And read the websites below...

Oh, and see the doctor for tests just to be sure this isn't something really unusual - but start the water right away, it can't hurt.
