How do you know if you have pinworms?!

Itching is a symptom of pin worms. As a nurse, we use to have to put tape near children's rectums at night to see if any worms would be on the tape in the morning, as they are usually more active at night. Go to your doctor if you suspect pin worms. You can pass them on to other members of your family if left untreated.
Most people who have pinworms experience a lot of itching at night time and you can also get a piece of cellophane tape press it firmly on the anal area for a few seconds it's best to do this in the morning before you take a bath and the eggs will stick to the tape.
