Would it be ok to take a salt bath or would that be bad for your skin?!

Question: Yes this is actually a good thing!!! The salt bath is good for your muscles, the ocean is the best but if thats not an option then you should use Epsom salt. And of course rinse off with fresh water when you are done.

There is nothing wrong taking a salt bath. It helps kill some bacteria on your skin and leaves a soft feeling afterwards. The soft feeling is actually from the bath itself where you skin absorbs the water. However, I worked with dermatologists and most say that it has no Medicinal benefit to it but it's good hygiene.

However, if you going to have a salf bath, I recommend using Epson salt.

I've never heard of that... I can only imagine you would get extremely dry skin.

I dont see why not, if you can go to the beach to the salt water and have your skin nice afterwoods it should be fine
Salt is exfoliating on the skin. Just watch how much salt you use..try not to use cooking salt though..
OR you could just use bath crystals or bath bombs etc lol

Salt actually is meant to relax the muscles better. Very good if you have had a hard work out. I wouldn't worry about drying your skin with it. i think that's a myth. If that were true, we would all look 80years old when we stepped out of the beach!

I USE TO HAVE HOT BATHS IN SEA WATER ON MY BOAT,THE WATER WAS HEATED THROUGH THE DIESEL ENGINE YOU HAVE TO USE WASHING UP LIQUID INSTEAD OF SOAP,
