I think my doctor's a sicko!?!
Question: Ok, help me out here please. I'm NOT making this up! I'm sorry if this sounds a little crass, but I really want some opinions on this so bear with me.
I have been seeing this family doctor for about 6 months. The first time I went, he did a real simple physical and this included a....ummm, rectal exam...yeah. Anyway, I went back about 3 months later for the stomach flu and he stuck his finder up me again- never did tell me why or what for, but I figured he's the doc, he must have a reason.
Well, this morning I went to see him because I thought I had a sinus infection- the TOP of my body, right ? Guess what- you guessed it; he yet again stuck his sausage sized finger into my bum...now I think there's more going on here because I'm no doctor, but my sinuses are NOT connected to my rear end and I think he enjoys fingering me.
I'm not going back to him ever again, but should I say something ? Does anyone else see this behavior as strange and abnormal ?

Wow- yeah, I'd say that's abnormal behavior! You have the right to not only know exactly what the doctor is doing, but you have the right to deny a specific treatment. If the doctor touches you without expressed permission, it's considered assault & battery and you can file charges.
Most doctors are VERY sensitive to your privacy and would never just violate you like that without being POSITIVE that you know what's happening and why....you need to report him to your state's medical review board....that's just wrong on every level.

This doesn't sound right at all. You should ask him what he is doing, because he is violating your private area and making you uncomfortable! You should complain to him, and see what the reaction he gives, then you'll know if this guys is up to no good or what.
This reminds me of the Family Guy episode where this happens to Peter and he sues his family doctor, lol.
Anywho, handle this problem, cause this is sick and wrong. Best of luck.

actually yeah... that is VERY WEIRD!!! i have only had two pelvic exams in my life, and my doctor will find any excuse NOT to give me an exam in the lower area of my body.. because obviously it's not the brightest part of his day; when i had a YI he would not give me a pelvic exam (not that i'm complaining).
anyways next time he does that question him, you have every right to know what and why he's doing it. so ask him if this is significant, and that it makes you feel uncomfortable.

That's not right at all , for gods sake tell someone about it , it sounds really pervy , it is strange and very abnormal , if a doctor did that to me i would be inclined to give him a right hook and some.
If he's a doctor he took the Hippocratic Oath when he left medical school. In this oath it says that you MUST treat your patients well. Fingering for fun is not treating you well.
honestly i dont think a doctor would blow his whole license on sticking his finger up some little kids butt. even though that did sound a little off you should ask him why he did it, what purpose was it suppose to severe. maybe if you have any other family doctors ask them if that type of "examination" is appropriate for the given problem
