It makes you tired, irritable/ prob what they mean by the catenaccio, its how Liverpool will feel during the game this evening.

In plain terms - it causes irritation, anxiety, loss of memory, hypertension etc. You get addicted to caffeine or nicotine.

It lowers your immune system. You will be less productive. You'll be more easily irritated and less alert. You could stress others out. (I work with someone who maybe gets 3 hours of sleep at night and he's very nice but he can be a real pain in everyone's back side.)

You have to look at yourself. How do you feel? Are you getting sick more frequently? Do you feel tired? Are you loading up on caffeine and sugar?

GOD has given your 24 hrs. to enjoy your life. now only 5 hrs you are sleeping, that is not good.
sleep nicely, next day you will feel comfortable, and you will feel good.

It depends on the person. My husband only requires 6 hours of sleep a night where as I have to have more. If I don't get enough sleep I become irritable and even become sick. It depends on the person. Your body will tell you what it needs.

you get more irritable, nervous, less concentrated, your skin will age faster and people that do not sleep enough tend to gain weight! Since the hormone that stops your appetite is produced over night. With short times of sleep you are more hungry next day!

lack of sleep well heres a story i was working three jobs and sleeping and eatting only a couple hours here and there then one day i woke up in another town and didnt know how i got there i had drove 50 miles without knowing so things do happen when you dont so take a nap now
