Well I get Tendinitis in my biceps frequently from work. Do the muscles feel realy weak in your feet. I guess it's hard to tell, but if they do that would like;y be what it is. My doctor recommends Bayer back and body. It works pretty good. It will come and go like that. It's just a flare up in the muscles and tendons from over extending them in an angle they aren't accustomed to. My poor wife got it in her palm once from holding our chubby son's hand when he walked. He likes to stop and hang and swing from her and her hand got really sore from it, to the point she could barely lift him. Have you recently taken up jogging or walking, or lost or gained weight, or are you on your feet at work a lot? These are some things that can cause a flare up. Losing weight and gaining it will cause your legs and fet to shift the way they carry you, using tendons they don't normally put a lot of strain on. Same with jogging and walking. And if you're on your feet at work a lot, that just happens from over use. If that's the case try getting some good supportive shoes, like NIKE or NB. Or just wait it out, It will pass in time, just treat it with an antiinflamatory like the Bayer or Ibuprofen, and rotate heat and ice on it.

First of all, what isss the question??? I have suffered from Tendinitis and it is very painful . You can get a cream for it prescribed from your dr but it really takes some time to pass. Also, heat helped mine, hot showers, heating pads. So, good luck.
