Why is it some days I have?!

It could be from the medication. Have you been on it long enough to be getting the full benefit? It often takes several weeks before your body is able to get the full benefit of depression medication. Then too, you might need a stronger dose. Your circadian rhythms also fluctuates from day to day, so that sometimes you will naturally feel more energetic than on other days. Hang in there.
