Whatever you ate or whatever bug (virus) you caught is working its way through your system. Keep hydrated w/ clear liquids- Sprite, 7UP, broth, apple juice. You can also try Popsicles you need simple sugars and fluids. Do this until you stomach settles down then try bananas, rice applesauce & toast. We nurses call this the B.R.A.T. diet. Works for kids & adults

nope just that you ate something funny

Did you have any sexual activities with manbearpig?

maybe you are fighting off a sickness

have some milk of magnesia or yogurt, drink lots of water or any drinks with electrolyte. you might have food allergies like lactose intolerant. if so, drink soy milk, cut out dairy. ask your doctor to do a food allergy test so that you won't have to go through this again.

It may be sour stomach. Try some Pepto Bismol tablets for a few days.

yeah, your having gastritis. Have you tried tums or pepto bismol? please trust me on this you should be ok. As long as you don't have any pain on your right lower side of your abdominal could be appendicitis if it is that. If it is just like a hot burny -like feeling in your stomach I have SEVERE heart burn. Take prilosec....just go now to the store and get something for your stomach. Malox helps to..to coat it. if you have the poopies take pepto.

Since its only been 2 days try changing your diet. Stop all spicy and greasy foods and soda's.Try some antacids to see if it help. If it continues go see a doctor it could be signs of many things. Try eating more fiber and eat these foods that could help diarrhea. Rice, bread, bananas, pears and no dairy. Don't eat foods high in acid like tomato sauce, orange juice and things with caffeine like coke,Pepsi and chocolate. If you smoke stop. If you have taken any antibiotics in the past month or are under a great deal of stress these can be huge factors in your symptoms. If this lingers don't wait see your doctor.
