Can a change in my diet upset my stomach?!

Question: Im 16 years old.
Lately my diet has been really unbalenced.. for example, I usually just eat carbs (pasta) everyday (but I still get a little of everything else in)
Just recently I have been eatting meat for dinner every day.
Also, some days I eat like a pig, and some I eat 1 or 2 small meals.
Since yesterday, I've been feeling like a need to throw up and I have no idea why.
Could this change in my diet be the reason?

yes. your stomache is used to the daily supplement of your diet. Your body was used to using the food from your orignial diet and distributing it out. When you changed this cycle, your body responded by not knowing what to do with the meats. So your body went into a confused stage, thus making you feel ill. If you continue to eat meat your body will eventually adjust, but thats why in a healthy diet you are suppose to eat what the food pyramid has on it. But yeah it will get better.

Your body isn't use to it yet, I was eating a ton of fruits and veggies and sometimes my stomach hurt. So I went back to the way I was eating before, it got better.

I'm certain that's what it is. In fact, meat is very hard to digest so if your body isn't used to it it can cause some real upset.
Just take it easy for a few days.
