Why does my stomach always get upset after I eat McDonalds for breakfast?!
Question: I had 2 sausage biscuits and my stomach was upset two hours after I ate them. I am not use to healthy foods and if I eat the same thing for lunch or dinner I feel fine. Only in the morning and only their sausage biscuits.

Maybe that's just too much grease and salt first thing in the morning and your stomach can't handle it. I am not a breakfast eater and I feel sick if I force myself to eat breakfast, but I have a friend who gets sick to her stomach if she doesn't eat breakfast. Try eating something else for breakfast. Or maybe the morning crew at Mickey D's doesn't like you and they are spitting in your food or something. Something to think about.
I think that it just had too much grease in it.
Too much grease quite possible try a cereal for a change!
you need to start eating healthy or u might get a heart attack or diabetes or obese with food
McDonalds is never healthy for a human body.
