What do you mean by free? Nothing is free. If you mean will the insurance pay for it, then it depends. In order for the insurance to pay for it, the break would have to be severe enough that it compromises your breathing. I have actually broken my nose 2 times and it hasn't even become crooked. Once, I was hit in the face with a line drive softball and the other time my sister accidentally head butted me. It was extremely painful and my eyes turned black. Believe me, you should just let your nose be crooked, if that is the problem. Just wait until you can save the money, or finance it with a doctor or on a credit card.
You'd have to check with your insurance to see what is covered. They may not even cover what it would take to get you looking back like you originally looked, let alone "upgraded." They're very particular about such things. You'll have to fight for reimbursement for anything that looks even vaguely cosmetic. I had surgery on my nose because I physically couldn't breath out of it, and I *still* had to argue some charges.
Only a repair job...not a new nose.
