your blood pressure should have 2 numbers, was 135 on the top or bottom? if on the bottom that is very concernable, if it was on the top it is also an alert as 140/90 is defined as hypertension and as young as you are, you are close. The American Heart Association put out new guidelines that consider 120/80 which was once considered "good" and "normal" blood pressure is now considered pre-hypertension.
The heart rate is alarming, however some people will spike up when nervous, the physical in itself could be a problem
If the doc THINKS she heard a murmur you need to ask her for an ultrasound of your heart called an echocardiogram, you should also be having some blood tests and perhaps a stress test when you run on a treadmill with medication and it looks at the stress on your heart.
You should press more for further tests especially if you have a history of heart disease in your family.
Good Luck and take care

Ask your doctor. He was paid for that visit, and part of his job is to explain all this to you. We're not your doctor; we are NOT qualified to answer you.
