Waking up in the morning..?!


Question: I need some help waking up in the morning. I usally go to bed around 11 to 12 and wake up about 7 to 7:30 but for about the last 2 weeks I have been dragging in the mornings. I dont drink coffe (Cant STAND the taste) and i dont do caffiene. I work out about 15 mins after i wake up but lately i have had to put it off till later cause i cannot get going..Anyone got any tips to help me out.(Going to bed earlier isnt an option)

it's sounds like maybe your run down, or you have a viral infection. trying taking a vitamin once a day to boost your immune system and make you feel better.

Apples actually are more effective in waking you up than caffeine. Plus they taste yummy.

Also, you might have a sleeping disorder such as sleep apnea (where you stop breathing for a moment or two in your sleep) that affects your quality of sleep.
