What keeps you going when you feel like giving up?!
Question: I remind myself of why I set a goal, what my alternatives are, and what the result of each descision will be. I then remind myself that even though something may be difficult at the moment my body and mind have the ability to overcome it and I will feel good to know I put my best effort toward my goal.
