Odd head pain?!
Question: since not too long ago every once in a while i get this pretty bad pain in my head. it's in the same spot everytime - a very small specific spot that i can pinpoint with a finger, around the top back left area of my head.
what could be causing this?
i'm 20 years old, i haven't hit my head on anything

Like a pinched nerve?? A twingy kind of irritatingly sore feeling?? I get those when i haven't been eating much food rich in magnesium ie ~ leafy and green vegies, nuts and seeds, wholegrain cereals and breads and cold water fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines and whiting...... eat more of this stuff, oh, bananas are rich in magnesium too ?
magnesium is needed for healthy veins and arteries and for heart health. Magnesium will also ease any constipation issues you may have as it increases the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and thus aids in digestion. Magnesium is also known as the antistress mineral so perhaps you've been a bit stressed lately ? Eat up buddy ?
Oh, could be dehydration also. So drink more fresh filtered water and cut back on dehydrating drinks such as coffee, tea, sodas and soft drinks and alcohol (if you drink )
??? like the feeling of a pinched nerve ~ the nerves aren't actually pinched they are just twinging and flexing because you are obviously low in magnesium buddy . you are describing the exact sensations that i get when i'm low on magnesium . Please make the effort and ........... get some leafy greens, wholegrain bread, tuna, salmon, sardines or nuts and seeds into yooooou please ?
