There could be a number of things. If I were you I would be concerned about daibeties. You could also think you are thirsty because your' throat is just plain dry. You could be suffering from environmental issues like polution. I have noticed sometimes you can drink so much water that it actually leaves your' mouth dry because it is washing away whatever it is in your' mouth that keeps it moist. alergens and viruses that cause laryngitus and pharingitis also cause this. you should check the color of your' urin. first you can pee in a cup and see how dark it is. if it is clear you actuall might have drank too much water. Its alright to have clear urin but not all the time and it shouldn't look like orange juice all the time either. you might try something with pectin like honey and tea that is warm but, not hot. try to stay away from hot or acidic foods.(anything that will irritate your throat).

Could be a sign of diabetes.

get checked for diabetes, classic sign.

See a GP, it might be your glands

you could also be suffering from allergies which causes excessive dry mouth

You should go to a pharmacy or your GP and get tested for Diabetes. I have noticed though, the more I drink in a day the more thirsty I feel.

Go to the doctors. It must be some sort of disease which the doctors might know how to cure.

Its a sign of diabetes isn't it?

In type 1 diabetes, people often develop symptoms over a short period of time, usually weeks or months. They feel tired, thirsty all the time, need to urinate a lot and may lose weight.

Itching of the genitals or regular episodes of thrush or blurred vision may also occur.

In type 2 diabetes, symptoms develop slowly or there might not be any symptoms at all.

When blood sugar levels become very high, there's a risk of coma and death.

Diabetes that isn't controlled can cause many serious long-term problems. Excess glucose in the blood can damage the blood vessels, contributing to heart disease, strokes, kidney disease, impotence and nerve damage.

Uncontrolled diabetes is the most common cause of blindness in people of working age. People with diabetes are also 15 per cent more likely to have an amputation than people without the condition.

In most cases, it's possible to reduce the risk of such complications by following medical advice and keeping diabetes under control. It's vitally important for people with diabetes to check their glucose levels regularly at home and to attend hospital check-ups, so any problems can be detected and treated early.

dry different drinks to water? and dont drink any citrus based drink because it actually dehydrates you

Definitely see the doctor - diabetes has the symptom of drinking lots.

you could have diabetes
check with your doctor

These are the same symptoms my daughter had when we found out she was diabetic.
Go to your GP and they can do a simple test to see if that is the problem.
Hope not but good luck anyway.

Excessive thirst like that is a sign of diabetes. Go and get yourself checked. It's a simple blood test and treatment is easy whether it's type 1 or type 2 diabetes.

Go to your doctor. Could be something simple, but conditions such as diabetes can make you thirsty.

Excessive thirst was the first sign that my Mum had diabetes.
