It depends on the person. Some people hardly age at all, partly due to genetics, and partly due to taking really good care of yourself, eating right and so forth. I ran into a former co-worker the other day, that I had not seen for about 10 years or so, he looked exactly the same. I think I am kind of a medium ager. I don't look exactly the same, but I look pretty good for almost 54. -*sm*
