I quit in January. I gotta tell you what works for me is mostly the telling myself if I am so weak that I give in and have one then all the suffering I have gone through will have been for nothing! I can't quit again so I have to stay quit now! Go for a walk , call a friend , munch on veggies , read a book ...... anything to distract yourself until the craving passes. Good luck!

Just think about it. What good can they really do for you? There is no point.

i quit and started dipping but i think youre a girl so i dont think you want to do that

well i do better if I'm not around others who smoke and i think about the fact that i don't want to die and i don't want my face and mouth to wrinkle and make me look older than i am good luck

think about it this way...... smoke one right now or whenever you get a craving and die ... or not smoke and live.

You are a non smoker.
You have overcome the codependent relationship that was sucking away all your energy and hope.
You are no longer in need of such a needy "friend".
You are mourning the loss of a toxic coping skill and "friend", that only negatively affected your life.

Only you can help you to know that habits you succeeded in changing are more fulfilling than any cigarrette can do for you. Congratulations on your new best friend: your LIFE!

Value yourself, as you have by becoming a non-smoker, and continue with the changes you needed physically and mentally. Allow yourself to mourn the loss of this toxic relationship. To heal completely you might have to apply this new coping skill (being able to say NO!) to other relationships that formed while being a smoker. Smoking clouds your truth chakra, so you might feel like telling a few more people those things you have always wanted to say. This frees the pent up energy you have kept safe and sound with cigs. The changes are only beginning and the good karma you earn by being a nonsmoker will manifest more and more as you strengthen your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well being. Remind yourself regularly that you are worth it!

GREAT WORK! Keep it up!

look at how small that is ur gonna let something that small get u or control u knock kick it
